What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Effective June 4th 2014 our refund policy has changed! All orders processed after this date if customer request refund we will issue store credit only.
Effective November 1st 2014 ALL SALES/ CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE NO REFUND, CREDIT OR RETURN unless item is damaged.
Note to issue a Store Credit
- If your exchange is out of stock or on back order the store credit stands.
-All store credits are good for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- If your exchange is out of stock and you have already been issued a store credit or refund, you will be responsible for any new shipping costs on additional orders.
-Store credit or refund (only on damaged goods) MUST be returned to our PO Box prior to credit being issued. -
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

What are the forms of payments?
We accept:
Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Debit / Check cards.
Paypal and Amazon payments (for layaway services).

What is the sales process of my order?
Once your order is approved all orders are reviewed within 24 hours if order is placed Monday through Thursday and 72 hours if order is placed on Friday. All weekend orders are reviewed on the next business date. Keep in mind holiday is not a business day.
We will confirm at that point if your item is instock because we sell not only on Storenvy but we sell through vendors, independent daily deal sites, ebay, Amazon etc.
If your item is not in stock we will contact you letting you know of the issue and when we expect a restock shipment to come in.
We restock our store weekly so we ask for your patients during this time.
Should you need your item sooner please contact us at kimanicoutureboutique@gmail.com to make arrangements and to pay the express fee of $25.
You can also before placing your order contact us to see if an item is in stock. We ask that you email us and please allow 24-48 for us to respond.We ship only Monday-Friday only!
Once shipped a tracking number is issued and an email is sent out to you.

Is Express Shipping Offered?
Express shipping is not offered online however if you email kimanicoutureboutique@gmail.com we will see if the item requested will can be shipped express. Express charges is a flat fee $25 all international express shipping fee must contact us for exact pricing.

Can I use promotional offer to purchase a giftcard?
No on-site promotional offers apply to gift cards. If a customer is inadvertently given a discount on a purchase of a gift card, a customer service representative will contact the customer to adjust the charges appropriately. Please feel free to contact our customer service department with any questions.
*However when using a giftcard as a type of payment yes you may use a promotional discount on the items purchased on a gift card.

Can I return the hair purchased online?
At this time ALL SALES ARE FINAL when purchase of any hair items.

I never got my package what should I do
Kimani Couture is not liable for any package that has been confirmed delivered to the address stated from your paypal account or emailed to us. If your package has been delivered but you have gotten items I encourage you contact your local post office.
Now if your package was confirmed lost in the mail via postal service your package automatically comes with a $50 insurance and your items purchased will be covered. Any items purchased over $50 you request to have additional insurance coverage.
